Cristian Flores leads Grupo Titanium with a track record of over 20 years in retail, operations, and business development in high-demand environments.
An Industrial Engineer by profession, he has built his experience on the ground, consolidating a way of working based on precision, compliance, and responsiveness.
Today he leads the company with an active role in operations and in developing long-term strategic relationships.
